We’re looking for web contributors with a writing background who are passionate in living a life infused with the wholesome and homemade love of farmhouse lifestyle to write on our website.
What does it take to be a web contributor?
We’ve got our eyes out for people who have their finger firmly on the pulse of trends in farmhouse style and love to write about them. Ideal experts may include farmhouse décor lovers, lifestyle bloggers, professional interior designers and decorators, talented bakers and cooking enthusiasts, antiques or vintage collectors, avid travelers, renovation gurus, creative crafters and DIY mavens. Potential contributors should show expert knowledge in their topic / field as well as exemplary writing and photography skills.
What qualifications or background should a potential contributor have?
In order to be considered, potential content contributors should showcase solid writing skills and they should be experts in their topic(s), which can include the following: interior decorating, lifestyle, entertaining, art, floral design, small-business entrepreneurship, special events, food, crafting, home renovations, travel, family fun, photography, relevant products, or collecting vintage and antique items.
What do web contributors do?
A contributor submits original content (text and images) for a one-time feature, or according to consistent schedule for publishing on americanfarmhousestyle.com and sharing on American Farmhouse Style related social media platforms. Each contributor’s article topics and submission schedule will be agreed upon and defined by contract.
What do potential contributors need to provide for consideration, and to whom?

- Any qualifications that show expertise, photography samples and writing samples (blog posts, short stories, articles etc.). Digital experience is a plus!
